Connect QuickBid to your AI assistant

Let ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI assistant manage your customers, jobs, estimates, and invoices — just by chatting. You'll sign in with your QuickBid account so the assistant only sees your data.

Connect a new assistant
  1. Open ChatGPT → Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode. (If it's greyed out, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.)
  2. Click the Create app button.
  3. Name it QuickBid and paste the URL above as the MCP URL.
  4. Click Create, then sign in with your QuickBid account.
  5. In a chat, enable the app from the composer and ask ChatGPT to use QuickBid — e.g. "List my recent jobs from QuickBid."
Refresh after QuickBid updates

When QuickBid ships new features, your assistant may still be using the old tool list. Refresh the connection to pick up the latest.

  1. Open ChatGPT's app preferences and pick QuickBid under Enabled apps.
  2. Next to Information, click Refresh.
  3. If the URL above has changed, paste the new one.
  4. Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use QuickBid.
